Default Oil Paint help

I went to the hobby lobby to pick up some paint . The blue I'm using is a oil bases paint out of the tube that matches the color I need really awesome. The only problem I'm having is that after a day and a half,it still has not dried. What can I do to dry these? My house is kind of on the cold side and I was wondering if I should use a blow-dryer or something. Please help. I want to get these guys done for this guy and I am a little stuck. Thanks for any response.

Default Spray em...

with some krylon clear coat--that'll dry it up quickly--in minutes! For future reference, don't use that oil based tube stuff--it's for painting on canvas. Hope this helps.
