Running Plays First 10 yards=front of base after 10 yards=any touch except back of base, (the defenders) back of base is never a tackle. Passing Plays any touch except back of base. QB, whether running the ball or in a passing play=any touch, except back of base. if the ball carrier is tackled squarely from behind, it is a fumble and a coin flip determines possession.

![]() Tomkat,
In the BMEFA we play with both. Any touch on kick-offs and passes and front base on runs. Defense gets to pivot on passes, but not on runs after stoppage. Smiitty |
