Default Renovation at ECU.....

Having a slow start at 2-3, the staff and alumni of Ecu held a meeting with the athletic director to figure out what could be done to help improve the teams moral, and turn the Pirates chances of a late run to the playoffs around.
The Pirates played at Coastal Carolina last week and while they were gone the Athletic director held a meeting with the schools director and investors.
The athletic directors plans were discussed in length and were finally given the go ahead from the financial department and the $750,000. cost went out to renovate the field.
the scoreboard, restrooms, and concession areas all got renovated, but the highlight of the overhaul was the addition of a new playing surface.
Officials of Ecu hired top gun Field Archetect Jimbo Dunagan, and together came up with and designed the new field for the pirates to play on.
"It was a awsome supprise to come back to" said head coach Rick Garrison as the team and staff had not been told anything of the renovation.
So as the Pirates head into the second half of thier season they will be defending a new home field, and hopefully this will spark them on to the playoffs.
THANKS JIMBO....I APPRECIATE THE FAST SERVICE!!! YOU ROCK DUDE!!

Thumbs up ECU Pirates...

Rick,

I like your new field design. Those ECU colors make me want to get something similar for my Vikings.

Peace,

Don
