Why not put the holder on the side of the board (rail) so, players dont run into the structure holding the football. This way the only thing hanging in the field of play is the football.

A clip of some sort would work. A clip with the wire going up and over to cover all areas of the playing field. Make the wire pivotable. Allow the string to be made longer or shorter. This way the apparatus can be stable at one point on the outside of the board. Like a crane.

Your are correct. Mine operates from the sideline leaving the playing field unobstructed. It works on my 620 or the 24x48 "FORCEFIELD". I will post pictures when I get around the camera.

No I dont have a camera!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL I know, I know,.... I owe you some pictures. The wife promises she will remember to bring her work camera home tommorrow she is off work today. And before you ask the answer is no I wont be sending you any photos of her.
