Default Field cover

I got a used 620 magnetic cover for next to nothing, however, the sidelines are very wavy. I've got it laying flat w/books on it now, but I figured I'd ask y'all if ya had any tricks for making those waves go away. It is useless w/the waves, but actually runs good when the motor is set correctly, well, until ya hit either sideline.

The fine gentlemen I got it from has offered to take it back, but I like it, players actually glide nicely, sooooo...Any suggestions ??

As always, thanks in advance...

if it is magnetic, you can do 2 things - 1 curl the egdes in the opposite direction of the wave...or iron out the cover like pressing a crease in a pair of pants, but use a towel between the cover and iron.
