![]() Bases cannot touch each other ??????? (not sure on this will ask Joe Greco he is very knowledgeable of the rules as they are "WRITTEN" and no arms interlocking.....
When you enforce the rules as they are written then there is no grey areas but often guys mixup there home state rules with the actual CBSMF written rules....

![]() Exactly! That is Y the loopholes have to be closed. You can't leave it up to a coach to interpret the rules himself. In L.A. we do our best to close the loopholes, and explain the do s, and don't s. If rules are clarified...there is less arguing, and hassles when interpreting the rules. It has been 3hrs...I know someone on the committe is online. GET OFF THE PHONES and chime in.
