Buzzball TTC Bases

Can someone tell me a little bit about the Buzzball TTC bases? I noticed in the photos that it has a different shaped dial. I was just curious as to how well they performed. In my short experience, it seems like the Miggle Standard and Old Frosty TTC Bases are kinda useless out the box and I'm not all that comfortable tweaking yet. Though the dials on the Old Frosty bases seem to be a little better. I'm gettering ready to order the Strong Proline Rookies, but I've heard mixed reviews on the Proline TTCs.
