I'm training hard for that
Tonight I trained the defense play. I used the Packers' squad (I have to know my 2 demo teams) for that.
I tried a defense "blitz and coverage" strategy (please, don't laugh
). Since I play with "iron man" squads, I used my wide receiver for free safety, and running back at strong safety (middle field).
See how the free safety is running from right to left of the field, to cover any receiver jumping out of the blocks.
I placed one blizter/LB on the left field (on top of video screen), and two linebackers to block the tight end (bottom of video). The blitzer missed the sack for almost nothing. I completed with 2 cornerbacks, one of them (the man placed on top of the video screen) is in good way for sacking.
On the end of vid, the QB is sacked, even if I had time to try a pass play to the right WR (on top, yellow base). But the safety is faster than him, so the chances of complete the pass are not so good...
ANyway, defense play is as interesting as offense play...diferent and fun.
As soon as I 'll have a little money, I'll buy some rounded proline bases for my D squads and RB.
I tried dials turning too...especialy on RBs and linemen, the effects are....interesting, but quite unpredictable for now.
Well...did I say that I love this game ?
