On Tweak issue #1, I found a very interesting article of Norbert on the dialed bases. He compares the pros and cons of many different miggle products.
I'll have to read the other Tweak Mags to see if the same article exists for rookie bases. Anyway, I agree on Miggle, their price are fair, the choice is wide, and they accept to sell stuff to french people like me
(believe me, even with internet, paypal etc...it is not as easy as you imagine to find stuff...)
