First and Foremost after Bob Lilly... the very next name should have been HARVEY MARTIN... this is a glaring omission.  You can get rid of both Jim Jeffcoat, and Greg Ellis at DE. Insert Harvey and make Ed TooTall Jones the DEs. Randy White and Mr. Cowboy Bob Lilly will be the DTs.
LB I'd take out D. Ware and put in Thomas Hollywood Henderson and Ken Norton Jr. Maybe in another few years Demarcus gets back in.
DB Your secondary is pretty good... I'd probably take out Dennis Thurman (only) and then add in Cornell Green and Deion Sanders.

Cowboy minds think alike, cause those are the EXACT changes i would have suggested. The only one i disagree with is D.Sanders. True, he is who he is, but a Dallas Cowboy on an all time Dallas Cowboy team?, aah, i dont know. Maybe, but i dont know. You coulda EASILY put MICHAEL DOWNS on that all time team
