I know that self adhesive vinyl is use to make the gridiron. With the help of a drawing software you can draw the field you want with numbers, logo, colors and the size you want it. Once this is done you have it print on self adhesive vinyl. you can find sheets of that product in art store.
A good print shop will have the right printer to print your field.
