Is Tweaking more important than coaching ?

Have we lost sight of what it is to coach ?

How can " programming a base " be passed off as coaching ?

Is it more to this hobby than that ?

If tweaking is more important than coaching then how does that effect the future of this hobby ?

I just thought that these were good question that needed to be asked .
