The short answer is 25-28 mm as per Chris Fields 5-13. By the way Chris does this kind of work for a living and designed a Tom Landry coach figure being produced by Impact Miniatures which will be released around July. It comes with 3 heads so you can do a Jack Del Rio, Landry or other suit wearing coach.
