Dan Marino didn't have a running game because they were throwing too much. Eventually that's all they drafted for.
John Elway is probably more talented than all of my top five. He just screwed up in too many big games to put him ahead of those guys.
Norm Van Brocklin was a beast, as was Y.A. Tittle. Joe had a gun attached to his arm but I'll take any of those guys over him.
Bart Starr should be near the top five. Just my thoughts.
