So, basically, 20 guys come to Baltimore for a tournament.
The tournament is played on whatever remains of the BMEFA rules, just for example's sake.
Are you suggesting a secondary tournament - let's say, similar to the traditional Green Room Rumble - where MFCA rules can be used?
If I'm understanding you right, then this seems fine by me. If nothing else, the 20 folks get a chance to get more games for their travel dollar, which is an important consideration for our sport, too.
