I would think it's one of the Ohio, Philly or DC leagues? I know the LAEFL will celebrate it's 10th season in Feb of 09. Miggle has been going for 15 yrs so i know there are some leagues that have been around that long if not longer.

The answers are...

The Charlotte EFL in Rochester, New York is the oldest and longest running league. Established in 1981, they are a three generation league and are still going strong.

The largest league is up for debate...but if you are looking at number of coaches, then that would probably go to the NEFL out of Philadelphia with 32 coaches...
